Yes a deposit of 500€ is needed which can be made by cash or a Credit Card. Deposit is needed for a successful pickup and is made during the pickup. You will get a conformation receipt for the deposit and it will be returned in full after the booking is completed if the jetski is in the same condition as you picked it up. Fuel costs are typically not included in the rental price. You will be responsible for fuel expenses during your rental period. The jetski will be provided to you with a full tank and you should refuel it before returning it to the designated location or we can deduct the fuel you used from your deposit and return the rest of the deposit.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation, subject to our cancellation and modification policy. The ability to do so and any associated fees will depend on the timing and terms of cancellation or modification. We recommend reviewing the specific details during the booking process or contacting our customer support for assistance.

If there is inclement weather that makes it unsafe or impossible to go out on the water, we will work with you to reschedule your rental or provide a refund, depending on the circumstances.
